Before purchasing either Hit The Ground Running Package I, Package II, Bank Account or Information Pack, please read through the 'About BritBound' section to establish whether the products and services meets your needs, requirements and expectations, prior to making a purchase.
We only want you to purchase a package when you are sure that you will be travelling to the UK, that you are eligible to enter the UK and that you have obtained the necessary visa and or work permit to allow this to be so.
By paying for any of the two packages, the Bank Account or the Information Pack, you are agreeing that it fulfils your requirements and consequently we offer a limited refund policy. Should you decide to cancel your booking with us, then for BritBound's Hit The Ground Running Package I, Package II, Bank Account and Information Pack the following cancellation charges will apply:
· 75% of full amount paid.
Once you have arrived in the U.K. and are in receipt of your A-Z Street Atlas / Gym Membership Pass / Mobile Phone / Submitted Your Bank Account Application or have attended a Welcome Get-Together, then the above cancellation charges no longer apply and no refund is available.
