Terms & Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Terms:

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is due at the time of booking. Should the client wish to cancel, unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation charges will be applied (notice of cancellation must be made by the client in writing to info@britbound.co.uk):

- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date specified at time of booking: 75% refund of monies paid
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the arrival date specified at the time of booking: no refund
- The visa portion of packages is non-refundable once we have contacted you with visa documentation; this usually occurs within 48 hours of booking.
- Packages involving jobs are non-refundable once you have been offered a job opportunity (for example: Summer Camp UK, Live in Pub Jobs and Job Promise packages)

The Live in Pub Job Cancellation Terms

In the event that you choose to or must withdraw after acceptance to the Live in Pub Job package, the cancellation terms are as follows: Prior to a job opportunity being offered, a 50% refund on the total fee may be requested by you. After a job opportunity has been offered, there is no entitlement to a refund.
